| This program is for the ages 8 to 12. It develops karate technique and helps to build self confidence, discipline and control. |

’Family Classes’ |

This gives the opportunity for parents to join their children on the floor and work out together. If you have children in any of the programs jump right in and have some real quality, family fun. Your children will love it and once you get over the stiff muscles, you will to. But be warned, karate is addictive. |
